Flatland - freestyle - or - race
« on: November 27, 2006, 07:12 PM »
I have a predicament (kind of)

I have a couple of oldschool bikes, now I am seriously thinking about buying Nuschool:
a) so I CAN RIDE AND NOT WORRY TOO MUCH ABOUT THE BIKE
b) so I can take up the sport properly

Now, this leads me onto the next question :

I live in Birmingham, have No local track, although I love riding round the track, it seems pointless buying a race bike.

I love the look of Flatland, especially because it resembles the oldschool free-style...

Freestyle and ramp is coool but, I dont think Im mad enough to do it

So, how best can I get involved in Flatland and what kind of bike would I be best looking into buying as a beginner ?

Cheers guys,  :daumenhoch:

what you need then is a nice mid school ride, street ramp and flatland styles of riding
can quite easily be done on one of these as frame angles resemble old school on some.
