Did an hour up at Yeadon yesterday. Diggler was having it large over the doubles on his cruiser and being very quick.
I was tired and dehydrated after my gig and struggled to keep upright in the wind... I slipped my pedals and my shin now looks like a ham pizza. Maybe shin pads are needed.
Any tips on pumping and manualling?

Cool, just checking it was on with Easter and whatnot going on. Barring disasters I'll be there at about 11.

I had a banging session at Bradford at lunchtime today with the lad. He managed to pedal the whole of the 2nd straight (including the enormous mountain), and I was jumping the little doubles on the 2nd straight for the 1st time. Another potential OS racer was there (Richard) who was very fast and it was good doing gates together.

Had 1/2 an hour at Yeadon earlier with the lad.  I seriously stretched my chain (again) to the point where it didn't seem safe to continue. New chain time!
The track was very busy which was good to see :daumenhoch:

Dudes, I'm gonna need a few days away from doing any offroad or track riding, due to going over the bars last night.  I tried the downhill MTB trail at Stainburn on my cruiser and couldn't get my front wheel over one of the bigger boulders so over I went.  Mainly just grazes and bruises.

Me and Francis are gonna do the Sky City Ride in Bradford on August 29th if anyone else is up for it?
I'll donate to the numberplate fund: http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php'topic=109532.0
