Dudes, my current crop of sprains and bruises are almost healed so I'll be at Bradford for gates tomorrow. Lets see if I can make 2 weeks without any crashes and injuries

I'm looking at doing maybe an hour at Yeadon on Saturday late morningish, then hopefully gates at Fearnville on Wednesday evening.

There wasn't any gates at Fearnville this week. I got an email on Tuesday to say that they would be over at Yeadon on Wednesday but without the gates $:-\$

I would be suprised if they run any gates at Fearnville before the regional, I just don't think they get the numbers andso it isn't worth them bothering

I'll give them a call just to be sure

As long as the track is open then I rekon me and F will go on Wednesday anyway. After all, it's not the gate I struggle with, it's the other 99% of the track

So we had fun up at Yeadon on Saturday, Arran S (one of the Bradford expert kids) was there showing how it's done. I jumped all of the penultimate straight (landing short on the first single plus table thingy) but was still chickening out of the big first straight doubles

Wednesday at Fearnville then for unofficial practice, me and MotomagII in so far, get there sometime before 7. Anyone else in?

Another good session, getting our pump on - I even managed to jump the last 2 of the little triple without any pedalling, and do a full pump lap at reasonable speed.
My dad joined us on his Falcon Pro 24, so there were 3 generations of us training together

The howling gale didn't stop us, I enjoyed riding under the floolights

MotomagII showed his first straight pull by snapping his chain. I don't mean splitting a link either, I mean actually breaking the side plates of the chain - Go Gregster!!

Nice to meet MattFX81 for the first time as well.

My lad was looking smooth as, over the rhythms etc; I'm well pleased considering he only started riding this year!
