Pro class holes

wirewheel:
i wasnt thinking anything to do with the strength just that it wud be a bastard to drill 94 holes in rims without a jig. good luck tho my og pro class rims a looking real nice with green foils

Munnyella:
I have a pillar drill, the rims are already de spoked and i'm gonna make a jig so each hole is exactly as wrong as the other.

Step drill is a good idea, might give that a whirl, I reckon on a finshed hole size of 7mm will be OK.

They are single wall arayas if that makes a diiference.

Joff (NORTY40) measured them at 10.77mm on a digital caliper  :daumenhoch:
