I have a little bit of fettling 2 do but as good as sorted  ;) I now need 2 flat off the whole frame and add a tiny bit more braize or p38 in a few places and also sort the holes on the forks. Then off 2 paint all being well  ;)

I have remolded the tubes using some formers I made, then drilled a very small hole on the rear of the dent area that I will seal back up when all done . Then I used a variely of punches I also made 2 work on the dents using half of the formers as a dolly on the back of the tubes. Pretty happy with how much of the dented area came out but needed 2 b mindful that the metal of the tubes has been stretched aswell when flattened out.

I then cleaned all the dented areas ready 2 lay some braize down 2 take up all the imperfections and dents left behind . Came up quite well really but condition of the corroded steel even when cleaned up hampered the process  :-\

Then the hard slow process of hand filing etc 2 reshape the tubes . I am so so happy with the results considering what I started with  :smitten:

great job steve  :daumenhoch:
instead of using p38 have you ever tried lead filling? its what used to be used on cars before plastic fillers and in my opinion is is far superior as there is no shrinkage. a craftsman of your ability should have no problems with the method.
