Removing Unitrons

These have to be the hardest to remove due to inflexible inner sleeve.
Anybody and tips, tricks. Or is it straw down inside and fill with lube slowly withdrawing as I go. :)

put em in the kettle then get a mate round to help, women are bloody useless

I always lube them up first by pulling the end back slighty, then I put a bit of washing up liquid in the gap. The hair dryer then, to make them expand slightly - never failed me yet! ;)
ooooh, all that sounds rather rude! :D
