Fibreglass I think Marty and indeed drill the fooker out.

Yeah but i want to use the post it's in pretty good nick and i have the seat to go with so it would be a shame to vandlize!!!

Do you have an old stem knocking around? Clamp the stem onto the post and put a tube or some forks over the stem's shaft and rock the tubing back and forth. (usually works best if you lie the frame on the floor) Once it starts to move, you should be able to turn the bleeder out out of the frame. :daumenhoch:
A good method for peeps who don't have access to a vice.

Cheers guys i tried everything not a mm movement so i went to town on it lolololol and proper viced it of course it shattered and you know what i still didnt get the fooker out, so out with the drill tomorrow :2gunsfiring_v1:
