Alright Dan... its a budget 'can can' job - gonna have to hit it with the rough paper then etch primer  :angel:

I'd give a light sand and etch primer  :) ( only because I haven't got a blasting tank  ::))

I first used etch primer , when struggling to paint plastics on my cars , it's famtastic stuff , wouldn't use owt else  :)
