Advice? Removing rust from chrome Araya wheels

ok,they steel,so can I dump them in oxy? how long for? do I need to check them? or fling them in and forget? ???

lob em in check em every hour or so depends on how strong the  solution is realy,   it only eats the rust so take em out when your hp
