Taiwan hutch pro racers had a serial number on the dropout too, your thinking of a pro raider.
Easy to tell though, show some pics of the underside of the rear tubes.

Hello dude!! Obviously there seems to be some sort of discrepancy with your f&f mate.. And the guys on here that have stepped up to give there opinion , know there stuff..and as you do.. But we keep going back and forth on this..have you pm'ed the pictures they asked for? I know you want to sell this and there are buyers on here. Few things should be cleared up here.. It's very interesting this hole matter..as I know fook all about this sort of thing..! Cheers john
