..would someone repeatedly list a bike on the bay just to pull it a day or two later and then relist it again, then pull it, then relist it... you get the picture. Am i missing something?

99p start on a 7 or 10 day listing then keeps pulling after a day or so. Something fishy 
Keeps submitting to the museum too just before he tries to sell like it gives his crap bikes provenance
