i once set up a video camera to see who was crafting fine leather shoes in my workshop during the night.

turns out i have acute schizophrenia.

Moose:
They are quite useful, but I've now decided that the easiest way is with a vice (don't forget the soft jaws to prevent marking your beautiful NOS headset)

wolfybmx:
always found using a vice with wooden plates was the most effective way. equal pressure applied to the cups so they go in nice n square with a little grease to help them on their way.
