Fitting a Sugino GT crank

Just about to try and fit one of these and the instructions say I need a sugino extractor/tightening tool to do the job  ???

What where why when and how, please chaperoons??  :)

On the crank arms where the side bolts are, You will see that there is a thread. One part of a crank arm extractor screws onto this thread. The other part of the extractor requires you to turn clockwise using a wrench. As you turn clockwise you will find that the crank arm eases from the spindle. Quite simple and a hell of alot better than the old hammer thats for sure.

so thats just a normal crank extractor, like you use on maxy cross etc....available from every bike shop for around 6-10 quid.

same as mountain bike too.
