Dear Sages, Whats the smallest size screw-on freewheel I can fit on a threaded hub?

mmm Thanks guys - ok, these are wheels of a new PK Ripper. They only have thread one side - I wonder if anyones tried a smaller freewheel

if its small thread i have 13t that fits .single sided thread non flip flop there is a 15t but hard to find them
