crusier gearing question

ok putting my rider crusier together,
just wondering whats the best gearing?
its a 24" wheels.

My Floval Flyer was 39-17 out of the box. but a bit too spinny, I changed it for 42-17 as I only rode it on the road.

Somewhere between those, depending on what you are doing with it.

cheers dude, think ive got a chainwheel 43 / 16?
hows that or do i have to find some other sizes?

The standard gearing is 42-18 if yo are going to race it.
