trueing z rims

bought some used z rims from ebay a few months ago , they were abit battered and shitted up , anyway was gone trip them agive them a good fettle but cos im a bit lazy at the moment when it come to bike building  ive just clean them up as is ,
borrowed a wheel trueing clamp off our lasses dad and thought id give it ago as they where abit wobblie,
never trued any wheels before,
pretty much sorted them both but the rear has a bit of and egg too it and not quite sure how to get rid of it  :-\
what the best way of sorting this .

You need to loosen the spokes at the top of the egg. And tighten the spokes at the bottom of the egg! In simple terms. Until it brings the hub into the middle of the rim. It sounds like yours is just off centre. All though some rims do go ovalized through use and can be a right bu99er to true up.  :daumenhoch:

Bring them to Leicester and I will sort them there :daumenhoch:
