ACS Rotor Stem - Restro options? (pics)
punkdSICO:
Hi all - I have the below stem and wondering what are my restro options? Its going onto a white and chrome build; its supposed to be a cheap/rider build so dont want to spend too much..
So, Im guessing:
1) strip back to metal and polish (I have a new bench polisher so could be fun). Would this come out okay?
2) get it anodised white. Approx how much would this cost and who can do it?
3) Send it to Dan for a powercoat. Not too sure I like powdered stems..
Thoughts?

You can't get things anodised in white I think, try polishing it and if you don't like it get it powdered :daumenhoch:

polishing it will be fine, just remove the major marks with wet n dry first.you can get a new decal for the top once its done.you could always spray it with rattle cans ,just make sure you use an acis etch primer which you can buy in aerosol.I will be doing the same to my 'fakelifter' when it arrives! :daumenhoch:
