its 4130, heres a few pics

You can weld 4130 with a mild steel filler rod with Tig so any general fabricator who is half decent at Tig could repair it but as I mentioned it would need heat treatment afterwards to bring back the strength to the heat affected area if you wanted to ride the bike for its intended purpose.

ah isee, its only going to be used as a pub bike anyway not going to be jumping with it

still looking for someone to weld it!
