plastic stick or and old spoke and spit, cant beat spit, hairspray to put them back on

Went for the hot water option, they came off a treat.

Remember reading somewhere that it makes them grip the bars better, dunno if that's true or not.

Sorry to drag this thread up again  ::).........But I remember something used to turn mushroom grips solid ??? anyone know what it was ???  :)
