Boiling water in a pint glass nicked from a boozer - the Yorshire choice ;-D
Leave the end of the bars in for a minute or two and then twist the grip off with some gloves. Cheap as a cheap thing!

Push a flat headed screwdriver down between bar and grip.
Squirt of spray oil ( using the free thin straw ) down the grip.
Twist.
Remove.

Do this but use water, that way you dont have to clean oil off bars or grips. Use water to get them back on too.

I use a chopstick as it doesn't scratch your bars like a screwdriver would - also less chance of it puncturing the grips. Hairspray is the ideal solution for fitting the grips - they slide on nicely and get a good hold when it dries. :daumenhoch:
