pro neck stem to good to be true

The tiger was used by the other company called tuf neck.
The tuf neck company that used the bulldog then changed their name to pro neck and still used the bulldog just as they did when they were tuf neck.
So you have either a tuf neck or a pro neck but from the bob osborn quote we know you don't have a tuf neck (the tuf neck that took on the tiger i mean)

Only had one on my Hutch racer and the stem bolt kept seizing up and sticking in the headtube. got rid and got a suntour power stem. :LolLolLolLol:
