Old school gear ratio advice

I was just looking at a 14t on the bay. I would love to give it a go as I am in Norfolk and its very flat here although the winds can be a pain in the arse :) Seen plenty of 43t chainrings so will give that a try also. Its looking like I stick with the 16t freewheel but change the chainring for one with less teeth then. I am off for a ride now, but keep your suggestions coming :daumenhoch:

A lot of companies are making the 14T freewheel to fit on most hubs from old school BMX inclusive of the Tuff wheels buddy :daumenhoch:

I run a 40T - 14T cassette rear on my Torker and find it bang on. Good for accelerating but good mid range too. For long distance pushing power though, you will need the 43T up front and Arnies legs :D
