after years of looking finaly got an ironcross sprocket , some kid was selling it for just 3 quid on gumtree , felt payed ended up paying a tenna , stoked as fook on it!

I half know this bloke who is an 'acoustic consultant' (designed the acoustics for the Bridgewater hall in Manc so obviously is the top of his game), anyway was round his house & he had some fucking amazing hand built system which probably cost many many thousands, & he's our age so had loads of top vinyl, so I said spec us up a system purely for vinyl for about 2 to 3 grand, & he did.
Honestly Ive been listening to the early Tom Waits stuff for 25 years & I'm discovering instruments I never knew where on the recordings!
But tonight is all about Rockabilly psychosis & the garage disease.
