I bought an orphan tyre on ebay the other week as it was a great price (£18), and i thought it would come in handy. Good job i did, as the 1.75 rear tyre fell to pieces as i was taking it off the rim this afternoon. The tread was pretty worn anyway, so no great loss. I gave these two tyres a good scrub this afternoon and they came out great. A smearing in vaseline and a good spray with tyre shine should give them a new lease of life :daumenhoch:

I usually upset the accepted convention with my build/resto approach to things, this won't be any different for the purists, will be a 'street' imspired build and will be my rider for 16.
Anyone be interested in the bars? I won't be using them.
