Could anyone tell me what I would need to bring to be able to race (1st time to MK and definitely a novice racer !) ?
I don't have a helmet or any protective gear - presumably a helmet at least is a must-wear ?

I could knock together a make-shift number plate if that would be o.k.

I haven't signed up as I don't think I have the gear needed.

full face helmet and gloves

pads are advised but personal choice, you must have full lenght pants and top is no pads

make a paper plate it not got a number plate, keep it real

We're getting there now homies.

Will add that I have a spare race bike ready to rock'n'roll. 21" TT Powerlite XL, nice to ride and indesructible!

Guess as i've just put it out there it will have to be dib dobs, but will be bringing it as back up anyhoo if needed.

I don't have any race gear to lend though. Soz.

Just worked out a way I could actually win a race

If we got one more in the RWYB and I entered, came last and IF there was a B final then I could win that

Peter I have ridden round MK track with my right arm in a hinged cast on a borrowed bike. My left arm was broken too. (non displaced fracture)
