There was a golden moment yesturday when this seller was cosidering my offer of £170, before someone got in touch with him and told him what he had

He listed it as an old school dyno slammer bmx and that was all he put in the title. Here is the listing, which has now ended, so someone on here must have got it nice buy if so

phone him up and quickly tell him how much it's worth before he sends it out for revenge

i had spotted it straight away and already made him a offer but someone in the background was telling him to let it run on ebay,which has now ended

Thought I was going to get my first ever ebay bargain

Still, I suppose if it was me selling, I would appreciate someone getting in touch to tell me a real value.

Yup,learnt my lesson recently too,just make an offer!I'm still raging from my incident and it was a couple of weeks ago.Really feel for you it's not a nice feeling,but unfortunately goes with the territory.Fookin do-gooders should keep their big mouths shut!

Strange as I was told the seller had been offered a 1K for it and had turned it down as it was only one of a thousand built so he was going to keep it as an investment? or was he lying thru his teeth!

Im not going to lie i got hold of the guy just after someone had blew the cover so i offered £350 which he accepted but had to sort out PP after 10 mins he called back and said that he had been offered £800 so i said let them have it and i told him good luck anyway about 4 hours later i get a call back saying that the person who had offered £800 was messing them about ( i knew that he was trying to up the stakes ) anyway i ended up giving the guy £475 inc the postage which cost them £50 so i paid £425 which i reckon is about right for this bike been after since the London ride about 3 years ago when someone was riding a white one.
