Rear Skyway Tuff - freewheel spacer

Just sourced some yellow tuffs, but the rear is missing a freewheel spacer.

Not sure what bit that is, are they easily obtainable?

i cant think what that could be for jim dont think there is one on my rear tuff wheel  :daumenhoch:
