Rear Skyway Tuff - freewheel spacer
jimwise68:
I don't know what it is either. :LolLolLolLol:
Just about to buy some mint yellow tuffs but the bloke says that the freewheel spacer is missing????
Just thought that someone might know what it is.
On my tuffs the freewheel just screws on.
I'm sure it will be usable. He prob just means the freewheel.
Preston Pirate:
My guess, like you say, is he means the freewheeel..
Ask him to send a picture of what's there and explain what he means is missing...
jimwise68:
Have done Mr Pirate.
Let the mystery unfold. :daumenhoch:
Bren Gunn:
I think it may be the very wide washer that goes between the cone and cone locking nut on the spindle, it's about 1/2" long.
Bren ;)
gjs:
There should be a large washer(spacer) that goes on before the freewheel, about 3mm thick.Thats why its always a nightmare getting freewheels off because everyone looses the spacer. It stops the f.wheel locking on really tight ;)
