How to remove release powder?

Any tips?  I've scrubbed them with hot soapy water and a toothbrush and it aint touched it  :-\

haha yeah i suppose.  I dont usually take it off nos tyres but these are used and i just want to get them looking slick  :coolsmiley:

BENDYCAT ELEVENTEEN:
you need a stiff brush - horse brush or a good stiff nail brush will do - then you just need to work around in every direction to get every bit off - no need for any water or chemicals, just use it dry !
it will leave then shinny and new - that is one way i have done some  ;)
