How to remove release powder?

<< < (2/3) > >>

Jaan:
You know it isn't release powder right?  Its actually part of the rubber composite thats secreted and builds up over years of inactivity.

If it were actual release powder at least some of our tyres we bought BITD would have been covered in... release powder.  I for one can't remember a single tyre with a stubborn odd white residue in the 70's and 80's...

PS. I didn't always know this but asked the question on the museum and was told ad nauseam that it wasn't release powder ;)

Autoglym Foaming Tyre Dressing is also good as it drys closer to matt - some of the tyre cleaning/dressing solutions leave an unrealistic shine to your tyres - not to mention make them super slippery!

i bought some stuff out the pound shop a bit back called ELBOW GREASE.
this stuff is the dogs bollocks at cleaning tyres.
takes every bit of dirt and marks out and drys like a brand new tyre.
i have about 15 bottles in stock now as i use it on everything thats dirty.
great on ya cars alloys wheels and tyres too.
