As they say in those auction programs all it takes is two people who both want something and it'll fly.
Thing is the blue ultras are pretty rare, they don't come up for sale that often and when they do they need restoring and to the best of my knowledge there isn't a lot of restored ones about.
Bid history looks legit with the winning bidder sniping it but I still wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be a sham and gets relisted for whatever reason.
