Not sure where the serial is situated on the new re-issues but, that orange cloth seems to be located perfectly to hide a serial number.

Does seem suspicious that out of the four places the frame sits on the table a cloth is put under the one corner with the serial number  :-\

It's obviously not NOS as its obviously been built up but he still is selling it as new old stock ( brand new) so with that being a lie where do the lies end,  I would be very carefull.

He claims the serial is TLL which would make it September 83, it just looks too fresh for a 30 year old bike
