i didnt even think to look until i see someones comment about the orange rag ,does seem an odd place to put it
if he was bothered he would have put all 4 drop outs on rags  :-\

Not that odd really, he has put it there to stop it falling over

Dont think its a retro re-issue Frame as they have the serial number on the outside of the frame on the side with the costa .  ;)

Yep, saw Jay's at the weekend and the serial number is on the outside of the left hand rear drop out
