I think it's bare albeit I have not really looked to much it yet. To be fair the frame looks in very nice condition with decent drop outs and no damage on it anywhere I can see.
Should look really sweet with the blue Anno blue stuff is all mint to go on there.

That's a good link Bucky, it does look much cleaner than I remember them being I think they were ball burnished and maybe lacquered ???
Made a couple of changes to the spec line up and had a look at the decals, they are a big dark so there going to be exchanged before its built.

They were ball burnished originaly , they guy who did them back in the day can still do them , but you have to ship them to the USA for that as no one we know of has a tank big enough to do a frame in the UK
