NOS Frame Sets Question

If I was buying an NOS Frameset from somebody I would deffo prefer it not to have had a headset installed :)

If you have taken it out of the bag then you may aswell put a headset on it. If its for display purposes then why not display the frame and forks separately? I like the display look of frame and forks separate (with the forks flat on wall so you can see them head on).
Suppose it all depends on how you want to showcase it.
