Come on let's see em.

Want to see bikes you have owned,still own etc

,would be interesting to see different builds of the same f+f

Bit of history too,where it came from,where it went etc

Here's my 1984 Shadow,bought f+f off ebay 2 years ago,fresh on the scene

Very nice Andy, caught my eye at MK that did.
Here's mine:

84 Andy Patterson with AP bars:

Bought the bike complete from Crazy Craig at MK12 and stripped it down immediately including the chrome until I could find the right bars, took me a year but well worth it I think.

And it's little brother, an XL:

Bought the frameset from EBay for a song, stripped the chrome and rebuilt it a year or two later to match my AP.

This is my candy blue Shadow, bought the f/f from Markj and I believe it belonged to JT before him.

A very poor picture of me on my chrome shadow 1984 I think.

Found it.... in a damp cellar sat in a puddle rotting away

Looked at it....

Cleaned it and looked at it a bit more.....

Sent it to Phil Sawzal

..... who started to work his magic

As we expected it was rotten....

But Phil wasn't prepared to lay this DY to rest....

Got lucky on a badly listed GT with JMC DY forks and bars on it. The Bottema race forks were replaced and the DY parts rechromed....

After going through a boat load of swatches a colour was picked and the pain mixed. The paint was applied by a good friend Johnny Robinson....

Stickers were supplied by Jim Melton while I was in the States and the fun of building it began.....

Yeah Mark has had one or two over the years I think I got this in 2009.

Si's and my build 4 MK08 I think . This was foooked when I got it

top of seatpost tube was snapped off level with the top tube etc. Think it got sold 2 Thrasher but no idea where it is now

Would love 2 know if any ideas

The short standard is from is from Hot wheels originally, I have 3 JMC from there.
