I looking into cutting fluids and alot of the yank references were talking about using kerosene.
Used the missus sewing machine oil in the end which seemed to work well ;D
Bollocks!, just though while typing this, i have about 2 gallons of paraffin in the shed from the days of the allotment green house heater.

The dreaded tax return and a couple of customers got in the way of progress today :(
Still managed to square off the bottom of the bolt countersinks and drill the top cap to house a Potts mod bolt head ;)
