Blue Z-Rim Question

yeah thats what i used on the mike buff rims,but if i was to do it in a radial way if you know what i mean,what size of spokes is needed to do it that way on small flange and large flange hubs.

tell me is it rit dye or dylon dye that works best for dying the z rims,and what would be the best blue to go for to go on these rims etc,i am going to try soaking them in wd 40,but how long do you leave them in for,god bet you guys think i a such a plum lol asking stupid questions :D

i think - but not sure- that STIDDS SPOKE LENGTH CALCULATOR ....ALSO works for RADIAL lacing

You need a big plastic tub, I got mine from B&Q for £12, 2 packs of Rit dye available off eBay and 2 containers of table salt from the supermarket, you also need a wallpaper steamer that you can remove the bit that makes contact with the wall leaving a tube only.
Andy (dancetothebummersbeat) did some blue Z's last year for his Adidas build, pm him mate.

I bought a large plastic shrub planter from Wilkinsons for a tenner. Dyed my rims, then returned the tub for a refund. Here's my dye thread
