Hiya kid's been a very lucky fella & managed to score this little gem the other week

Bought from the original owner who lives not too far from Brighton where it was made by Bernie. The guy originally purchased a full chrome frameset in 85 & told me that in 87/88 he snapped the frame dropping off Brighton sea wall !!
Vincent had packed up by then but his parents rang on the off chance & Bernie answered !
After explaining the situation he offered them 1 of the 3 frames he had left & they went to see Bernie & the seller picked the orange frame we have now.

Not long after up in the loft it went until earlier this year.

I'm really surprised with the condition of it all, my intention is to build it back pretty much the same as the pic.
After stripping it down & dunking stuff in CA for a bit I'm really chuffed with how it's going. The chrome on the bars/forks has come up well only being marred by me ruining the rough decals by not thinking about what I was doing with the thinner soaked rag I had in my hand..

The frames been sprayed with something sticky so has very little rust & should come up lovely

Skyways are nice n straight & won't be going too mental on em & the shotgun should enjoy a bit of cilit banging

Grips are shot ( orange sharps)as are the tyres & gonna need 2 rear black dc cables so if anyone can help me out with any of that then please give me a shout.
As I progress I promise to remember to take more before & after piccys 😆😆

These freestylers wi bits sticking out here and there are not really my thing but them forks are funkee.

Great find - all those sharp corners look like they could make stunts very dangerous though, so be careful!
Wouldn't take much to gouge out one of your testicles doing a decade
