Twin chain/drive setups?

Seen this done a few times and just wondering if anyone knows of suitable hub suggestions besides a clem twin. Can i just use any old flip flop with the right freewheel?
At the moment im thinking along the lines of machining a secondary thread on the non drive side of a suzue hub  :D

you would need a left hand drive freewheel. and a flip flop hub wont be any use as when you pedal the left side would just unscrew.

You will need a hub with both left and right hand drive threads.  Which shouldn't be too hard to find these days.

You will also need either a left hand crank arm (with spider etc) or re-thread a right hand crank arm.

What about 2 old school right hand crank arms (square spindle) and 2 right hand pedals  :D

Unless you loctite the thread the left hand pedal will come loose all the time
