Or - buy two 43/44 tooth spline drive sprockets and slap em on some Profile or similar cranks. No need for re-threading, but they ain't cheap Clint  :daumenhoch:

Does it have to be old school. Cant remember who but someone makes a hub where you can take the driver out and put it in the other side. Think it is called bi-drive or something. Lots of newer cranks have both arms with a sprocket bolt.
Just a thought
