Nah, I see his point - he only collects/sells original condition parts. The 44 I sent him has def had a light polish in its time. He doesn’t want it.

o,k i see his point BUT as he has to post your one back, can;t you just pay him for his one too and he sends it with it???

Good news - I’ve got a response from the American fella and he’s agreed to sell me his 41 and send mine back too. The main problem was that he wouldn’t accept a PayPal payment, but has agreed to on this occasion to help me finish the bike. Happy as. Spoke to Dan last night and the frame is powdered, it looks beautiful. Props to SBD, the welds still look stunning and the finish looks the mutt’s nuts. Just got to wait for it to get back and then wait for the chainring and then it’s on the bench :slayer:
Next project will be the flo panel and some questions that have been baking my noodle this week.
