Hey radsters,

I already had a chat with Griff regarding how to get from the Düsseldorf-Airport to the Hotel at Köln-Messe. Don't worry about booking to early as the trains go about every 30 minutes.
It is also possible to book the train tickets for a group (more than 5 for example). There are also many options for weekend tickets soyou can use all the local public transport.

As soon as you know how many of you will come over, just let me know
- how many of you
- if you don't arrive at Düsseldorf-Airport let me know where you'll jump off that plane
- at which Hotel you'll stay (in case you may be still capable finding your bed at that point)
- if not all of you may have booked the same Hotel, let me know the Hotel and drop me link to that (pm me if you like), so I can sort out the best connection for you too

Don’t think so
We did a road trip first year I went and took bikes as there was plenty of OS on show
This year we’re flying again so it would be a bit of a ball ache
Would still like to do a road trip again one year though, Cologne is a lovely city to explore and mostly flat so ideal for pedalling about

Cheers Griff. Yeah I went in 2012 when I was over there working and saw a few of our lads there and quite a lot of OS on display. It seemed a great little city. Good vibe and pretty laid back.
