Definitely mate . I`ve also got an 85 GT Performer with missing forks ( where did all my forks go ? ) so I`ll be on the lookout for other scrap / unwanted forks to experiment with .

Cant beat a bit of home brew  :daumenhoch: in 30 years time some poor bugger is gonna have a real hard time tracking down the make of these forks  ;D
