brake problem help pelase

right just built me ride up with new 36t chainring qith 1`3 tooth freewheel .got brand new evolver for rear .prob is chain is just touching the caliper all the time .if i put the chain really tight its okay but the chain is too tight for my liking .
my q is what brake sits down lower than evolver by few mm .that works as well as one too without spending loads of cash as ive already spent 30.00 on evolver

i ran a 39tooth on it and was good to go.

what brake caliper did u use?
yeah im running a 36 and determined its staying on too as the chainring cost me 30 quid or so .lol

39 front with evolver

those 3 extra teeth would do it asd its very very only just rattling on it when riding .its annoying though
