bleaching tuffs???

Stupid question :idiot2: But has anyone tried bleaching a different colour tuff ?! Whats the result :-\

I only ask cos I have a real old set of discoloured tuffs & after a week in the blue dye, they still looked discoloured. :(

Some great white tuff resto's fella's. Nice work 8)

Leave them in neat bleach for as long as necessary and scrub them daily with cream cleanser (Cif) before returning them back to the drink. Not sure about the chalky residue though ... I never got any of that

Patience is the answer and before you know it they'll look like this  :shocked:

Steve is this a late April fool ;D You telling me those whiter than DAZ white white's were once some in else :D

Here's what they were like when I got them ... grubby, but no major stains or skid marks  ;D



They took about a week of intensive cleaning and scrubbing and finished up much better than I expected  :coolsmiley:
