Ow elbow pain, advice needed please

NHS direct on line, look up bursitis, (inflamation of the protective film that covers the joint-the busar)in most cases it goes away, but have a look and speak to yer quack :daumenhoch:

Thanks dude I will check that out, I saw a tennis elbow support at the gym today but it was a small. I will get one in town later and see if that helps also

sounds like old age dingo :2funny: i have pain every were 'my missis says im a pain in the arse 'but i have no pain there yet :2funny: but every thing ive done to my body hurts these days :'( but thats life i suppose since ive broken most things :2funny:

Its deffo old age, I have had two motorbike accidents and lost count how many bmx/mtb accidents,I have been knocked out over 10 times and I guess its all catching up with me now :rant:
BUT I dont wanna be on the scrao heap JUST yet so am looking to fix this problem so I can wait for the next one :LolLolLolLol:
