Most iconic bike of the 80's

When did Rippers make an appearance? I never saw one bitd. Only bikes I remember from very early 80s were Mongoose, Skyway, Puch, Hutch, Torker, Redline, Robinson, raleigh, wilson, Kuwahara, ProStar & Diamondback. Was there one called a Magnum or something? I may have just made that up :crazy2: grey matter playing tricks...

i had to vote for the pro performer, i wanted one from the minute i saw one, it took me all of 84 (selling every other toy i owned, doing odd jobs for my neighbours) to get the money for one when i was 13, for two years solid me and bike went and did everything together,
then i sold it for a ford escort / girls ;)
