Aero Reflex Build process
BarryZola:
Well, the freewheel does overhand slightly but everyone i've asked has suggested that's the way it will be. I've put the wheel on the bike and it looks fine and seems very, very sturdy. As far as i'm concerned that's the end of my freewheel problem/query. Seems fine and doesn't affect the way the wheel is fitted to the bike or anything like that :daumenhoch:

BZ,
On a previous thread you asked about alternative Aero decals and were pointed toward Del.
I've just received a set from Del, the same as the link but a different colour and they are really good, so if you haven't pm'd him yet, I'd recommend him.
:daumenhoch:

Yeah, i've spoke to him. I'm gonna get some when the bikes nearly finished, just gotta decide what colour i need :daumenhoch:
By the way, anyone got any useful tips on attaching the headset cups? I've been trying for over a day and still no luck. I don't want to damage the frame by smashing it too hard. :-\
pickle:
The way i do it id to sit the frame on a thick bit of wood (so the head tube sits straight on the wood) then put cup on the tube (you can lightly grease it if you want to) then another thick bit of wood, then hit it square on woth a big lump hammer! works normally :daumenhoch:
BarryZola:
I'll try that out then, Cheers. I'm also having real trouble finding a NOS white seat. Those Elina ones are a nice shape. Can't seem to find a white one anywhere. I've already got a post, just the seat needed. Thanks again for all the help :)
