Hey rad,
Don't want to rant, just get a general feeling as to X-rated avatar pics/clips.
Because some people choose to have these I cannot use rad at work in my downtime as I would be sacked for veiwing inappropriate content. The trouble is you don't know when its going to be on a thread you are veiwing.
Also my son is interested in OS and rad but his we can't let him use it for the same reason. People usually edit their swearing in a thread but don't seem to worry about these pics.
As I said just a question (no rant here). Any veiws?

It can be embarassing sometimes, My mum and daughter often ask to see the pics and theres darrens boobs popping out

I have had a few "moments" at work. Ive gone to show someone an old pic and all they see are the boobs on the left side of the screen. I dont have any problem with them but think they are needed. (better get "right click, save picture as" quick, before they all go!).

im not sure about the track ,ive never been before ,phil (sawzal) gave the directions ,its not far from my house

ill probs still get lost ,ive got no sense of direction

i will delete any x rated content or links within posts, but myself and other moderators cannot edit people's avatars and signatures.

boobs is boobs is boobs and not really "x-rated" but if it's a problem for people at work, then could the booby av'd members please tone 'em down a bit, for the sake of the guys who are in a situation where whammers bouncing about the place could be a "bone of contention".

also no porn links in your signatures either!!

and no tubgirl av's . . .

Use Firefox with the Adblock extension, right-click the offending image and 'adblock image', never to be seen again.

This topic keeps comming up and i agree there is no need for them to be here. I had my 6 year old looking over my shoulder the other day and he saw one and made a comment.

Yes I agree, anything of that nature is not required. Why people feel the need to use these is beyond me, particularly on a bmx

site. There are plenty of opportunities to view this elsewhere on the web.

I'm off to stick a few razzle/fiesta centrespreads up around the house.

My 5 year old thinks Moza has a great avatar, we watch them together, especially when he posts 2/3 times in succession, Boingfest

That said we would respect the wishes of others and maybe a bigger bikini may be more respectful (photoshop will be fine as there is nowt wrong with the rest of it)

We just think its funny, thats all and right enough, it is a bmx site . I dont really think "x rated" is the correct terminology for some covered (all be it slightly!!) breasts, there have been some that do fit the phrase and I think they were quickly policed

-one of the reasons for having moderaters.

I rekon the point of having kids around is very valid though, cos the site is for everyone and to make people feel excluded, for any reason, would be wrong
